Technical maintenance of a surveillance system forms an essential part of the services rendered by Morubisi. A maintenance plan is always availed in terms of which repairs and routine maintenance are carried out. Dedicated on-site technical capacity is always provided to ensure timeous and prompt response to technical faults and glitches. Preventative maintenance is carried out on a daily basis to achieve minimal disruptions, thus satisfying usually stringent up-time targets. Corrective maintenance or repairs are carried out in accordance with the maintenance plan to minimise system down-time and improve or increase the speed at which technical problems are resolved..

Incidents are monitored in an ergonomically designed Control Room by highly trained personnel. Monitoring is carried out on a 24/7 basis, including Sundays and Public Holidays using physical guarding personnel, as well as cutting-edge CCTV and drone surveillance technology. An operational plan that ensures high levels of vigilance and aptitude is implemented to achieve above average operational output. Furthermore, footage retrieved from the Control Room is reviewed on an ongoing basis through a specialised and dedicated evidence management and review mechanism.

A dedicated response team is always attached to the operations and monitoring service to react promptly to incidents generated from the security system. Guarding services are additionally available either as a stand-alone offering or a support function of the monitoring services.
